Why does my video have a RendrFX watermark? +

All RendrFX free preview videos feature a RendrFX watermark. If you would like to remove the watermark, you can choose to purchase your video or sign up for a subscription plan.

All paid and subscription plan videos are HD, mp4 videos and do not include the RendrFX watermark.

What is a 'Queue Boost' and how many do I get with a subscription? +

When we have multiple videos come through to be rendered, we put them into a 'queue'. Essentially we put the videos in a line to get rendered. What a queue boost does is, it jumps your video to the front of the line, ensuring your video is the first to be rendered

If you sign up for an annual subscription you get 130 queue boost annually (10 more than monthly). If you sign up for a monthly subscription you get 10 queue boosts a month. 

How do I get a transparent background on my image or logo? +
  • Try to find the original file from when your logo was created: likely this was in a PNG format.
  • If you have a photo editor like Adobe Photoshop, you can make the background transparent.
  • Contact us at support@rendrfx.com if you would like us to do the conversion for you. ($25 charge)
How can I speed up the file upload process? +
  • Small sized media files upload and process faster.

  • Upload time is often controlled by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
What type of logo files work best? +

Logos should be uploaded in PNG format with a transparent background.

What file formats does RendrFX accept? +

Media files: .bmp, .sgi, .rgb, .bw, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .jp2, .j2c, .tga, .cin, .dpx, .exr, .hdr, .tif, .tiff, .mpg, .mpeg, .dvd, .vob, .mp4, .avi, .mov, .dv, .ogg, .mkv, .flv

The video I want to insert into a template is too long. How do I prevent it from being cropped? +

Several templates in our Marketplace have the ability to adjust their length to accommodate the user’s input. These templates are called “Variable Length Videos (VLV),” and can be found by searching for “custom length” in the marketplace search bar.

I have two RendrFX accounts and I purchased a subscription with the wrong one. +

It is always best to make sure you are logged into the account you want to apply your subscription to before making your purchase. If you have mistakenly purchased a subscription under the wrong account, contact us at support@rendrfx.com.

What do the symbols and numbers associated with each template mean? +

The symbols and numeric values are icons that represent the number of specific user inputs present in each template. Use this information to help you plan your video creation experience:
